Application to Purchase a Residential Water Meter
To apply for a new meter, please click the following link and submit your request electronically: Residential Water Meter Application. For your convenience, our electronic credit/debit card or electronic check payment authorization form can be found here: Credit Card Authorization Form. A $5.00 application processing fee will be charged for each location.
If you prefer to download and print your application for mailing or in-person submission, please click here and mail/overnight with a check.
Private Homeowners:
If you are currently on a well or building on your property and would like to connect to HCWA service, please click here: Homeowner Purchasing Meter to complete your application and email it, along with the required documentation, to msales@hcwa.com. Payment must be received for the cost of the meter, your deposit, and a $5.00 application fee prior to the installation of the meter. Please contact our office at 770-583-2465 to verify if water lines are available in your area before completing the application.
