HCWA provides review and inspection services for public water and sewer lines being installed within the HCWA service area. Please use the form below for all submittals. Projects are reviewed in the order that they are submitted. HCWA will return comments along with notification of any permit fees due for your project.
All projects, other than single family residential, require an impact fee evaluation. Please complete the Impact Fee Packet and submit using the link below. Plan approval, payment of the permit fee, and payment of impact fees is required prior to final approval of the project.
