DEVELOPER CLOSE-OUT PROCEDURES

Pre-Construction Meeting/Close-Out Documents

Once a Developer has an approved set of construction plans and all applicable permit and impact fees have been paid, a pre-construction meeting with the Construction & Inspections Department may be scheduled.  During the pre-construction meeting, the HCWA Construction Manager will discuss the developer close-out package in detail. 

You may preview the sample close-out documents here. You will receive your documents to complete at the pre-construction meeting after reviewing them.

A Certificate Of Occupancy (CO) will not be released until all required documents have been approved by the Authority.   

Once complete, the close-out documents can be mailed to:

As-Built Process

Two (2) sets of as-built plans are required for initial submittal and each re-submittal thereafter until final approval.  Once final approved, the Construction & Inspection Department will request one (1) final set -- along with a digital copy.
