AVAILABILITY OF WATER & SEWER
The Engineering staff provides a water/sewer availability letter for developers inquiring about available capacity for water and/or sewer. Information on fire flows must accompany the application that a developer must complete to obtain written confirmation of availability. HCWA performs fire flow evaluations to estimate and ensure that adequate fire flow protection is available in the impacted area of the distribution system.
